Born and raised in Texas. Currently residing in a small rural town near Fort Worth, TX

My career started in outbound telemarketing at a very small firm in Irving, TX while still attending high school. I managed several call centers before making the switch to virtual services in 2004. Since 2011, I have been working full-time as a freelance appointment setter on Upwork.com and I am currently rated in the top 5%.
